• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
• Shipping Fee: Shown at checkout (standard courier rates apply).
• Address Accuracy: Please enter the correct shipping address and contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Return & Refund Policy

Not happy with FEG Plus? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and get your money back, even if you have opened and used the bottle.

1. Email us at support@fegplus.co with your order number and mobile number.
2. Send the bottle(s) back with any courier. The return courier cost is paid by you.
3. Get your money: within 3 working days after your parcel reaches us, to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account.
